How long will the claim take?

Once we have taken the claim on for you we will take care of all matters, from collecting the evidence to support your claim to calculating the amount of compensation you should receive. How long do I have to make a claim?

The standard period of time to make a claim for medical negligence is three years from the date of the event, but sometimes this period can be longer.
